Provide evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The role focuses on whole-person, whole-family care and includes referring patients to therapy and coaching services as part of a connected care network. Care is delivered through an integrated, tech-enabled platform with support for matching, scheduling, training, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Work within a connected provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support scheduling and care delivery.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as needed.
Required
- Current contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) credential.
- Experience or training in mental health care and medication management.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.
