Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on mental health evaluation and medication management. Care is delivered in a whole-person model that supports culturally responsive treatment and easy referral to therapy and coaching when needed. The role sits within a tech-enabled network with scheduling and provider-platform support, and it is structured as a contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.
- Manage psychotropic medications and ongoing medication follow-up.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care.
- Deliver culturally responsive mental health care tailored to patients’ backgrounds and needs.
- Participate in a connected provider network with support for scheduling and clinical workflow.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification/licensure.
- Experience or training in mental health care and psychiatric medication management.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.

- Experience caring for children, teens, and young adults.
