Provide evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and follow-up appointments. The role centers on psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with support for referring patients to therapy and coaching when needed. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that emphasizes culturally responsive, whole-person treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.
- Manage psychiatric medications and medication follow-up.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Work within a connected provider network to support accessible mental health care.
- Deliver care using a culturally responsive, whole-person approach.
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified licensure/credential.
- Experience or training in mental health care and psychiatric evaluation.
- Ability to provide care via telehealth/video visits.
- Contractor status as a 1099 clinician.
