Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and ongoing follow-up appointments. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that supports culturally responsive, whole-person mental health treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations for patients across childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood.
- Manage psychiatric medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Use a provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner (NP) or certified physician assistant (PA-C) credential.
- Experience or training in mental health care and medication management.
- Ability to provide care via video-based telehealth visits.

- Experience providing whole-person or family-centered mental health care.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, technology-supported care network.
