Provide evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and ongoing follow-up appointments. The work includes psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with referral support for therapy and coaching when needed. Care is delivered within a connected, tech-enabled network that supports matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits
- Provide psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients
- Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing prescribing care
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care
- Deliver culturally responsive, whole-person mental health care
- Collaborate within a network of therapists, physicians, and coaches
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support patient care and scheduling
Required
- Active nurse practitioner or certified physician assistant credential
- Experience or training in mental health care and psychiatric medication management
- Ability to provide care via video visits
