Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, with a focus on diagnosis and medication management. This role also supports referral to therapy and coaching services as part of an integrated mental health care model. Care is delivered in a culturally responsive, tech-enabled network with access to scheduling and clinical support tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and develop diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for child and adolescent mental health needs.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver care in partnership with patients and families using a culturally responsive approach.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling workflows.
- Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing quality improvement.
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant with prescribing authority.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent psychiatric care.
- Ability to provide care in a virtual/video visit format.
- Contractor status under Lyra Clinical Associates.
