Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and regular follow-up appointments. The role centers on diagnostic assessment, medication management, and family engagement, with referrals to therapy and coaching as part of coordinated mental health treatment. Care is delivered within a tech-enabled, virtual provider network that supports scheduling, matching, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during video intake appointments and follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for children, teens, and young adults.
- Deliver evidence-based care using a culturally responsive approach.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric treatment.
- Engage families in care planning and treatment discussions.
- Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care within the provider platform.
- Participate in clinical consultation and continuous improvement efforts.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
- Ability to conduct care via live video visits.
- Strong diagnostic and medication management skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with young adults in addition to pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Background in culturally responsive mental health care.
- Experience with evidence-based therapy coordination or integrated behavioral health workflows.
