Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on evaluations and medication management. This role also connects patients with therapy and coaching services as part of a whole-person mental health care model. Providers work within a tech-enabled network that supports matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.
- Provide medication management for mental health conditions.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to patients from varied backgrounds and abilities.
- Collaborate within a connected provider network using a supported clinical platform.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) credential or equivalent NP qualification.
- Experience or training in providing mental health care.
Preferred
- Experience caring for children, teens, or young adults.
- Background in culturally responsive or whole-person behavioral health care.
- Comfort providing care in a virtual setting.
