Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and ongoing follow-up appointments. The role centers on psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with referrals to therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care. Care is delivered in a culturally responsive, tech-enabled model with support from a provider platform and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live video intake appointments and follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for child and adolescent patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver care to children, teens, and young adults with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Engage families as part of the treatment process.
- Use evidence-based approaches within a virtual care workflow.
- Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing quality improvement.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent psychiatric care.
- Ability to provide care via telehealth/video visits.
