Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on diagnostic evaluation and medication management. The role also includes coordinating referrals to therapy and coaching services and working within a culturally responsive care model. As part of a broader network of virtual and in-person clinicians, you receive support from provider technology, training, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live video intake appointments and ongoing follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as needed.
- Deliver culturally responsive care across patients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Use clinical consultation and provider platform support to guide care delivery and workflow.
- Participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant with prescribing authority.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent mental health care.
- Ability to provide care via video-based telehealth visits.
- Contractor status as described in the role.
Preferred
- Experience working with children, teens, or young adults.
- Familiarity with medication management in outpatient behavioral health.
- Comfort working in a technology-enabled care platform.
