Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and ongoing follow-ups, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. The role also includes family engagement and coordinated referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside medication treatment. Care is delivered in a culturally responsive, tech-enabled model with support for advanced matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live 30-minute video intake appointments.
- Provide medication management for child and adolescent patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Engage families in the care process and treatment planning.
- Deliver follow-up care through regular virtual appointments.
- Use evidence-based approaches and culturally responsive care practices.
Required
- Active licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent psychiatric care.
- Ability to provide care via video visits.
Preferred
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with evidence-based mental health treatment models.
- Prior experience in virtual or telehealth care.
