Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, with a focus on evaluation and medication management. The role also connects members to therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated mental health care. Care is delivered through a tech-enabled platform with support for matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for child and adolescent patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Engage families in the care process and treatment planning.
- Use an advanced provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery.
- Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing quality improvement.
Required
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
- Ability to provide care via video visits.
- Contractor status as a 1099 clinician.

- Experience with evidence-based mental health treatment.
