Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and follow-up appointments, with a focus on evaluation and medication management. The work also includes referring members to therapy and coaching services, supporting family engagement, and delivering culturally responsive care. This is a contract, tech-enabled role within a network that uses matching technology and clinical consultation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during live video intake appointments.
- Provide medication management during follow-up visits.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Support care for children, teens, and young adults with varied backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Engage families as part of the treatment process.
- Deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health care.
- Participate in clinical consultation and use the provider platform as needed.
Required
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent mental health care.
- Ability to provide psychiatric care and medication management via telehealth.
