The clinician provides evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intakes and follow-up visits, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Care is delivered within a connected, culturally responsive model that supports whole-person and whole-family mental health needs. Referrals to therapy and coaching services are integrated into the workflow, with support from an advanced matching platform and provider tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver culturally responsive mental health care to children, teens, and young adults.
- Work within a connected provider network alongside therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support care delivery and scheduling.
Required
- Current NP or PA-C credential.
- Experience or training in mental health care.
- Ability to provide care via live video visits.
