Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults through live video intake visits and regular follow-ups, with a focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. This role also includes referral coordination to therapy and coaching services, plus care for patients from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. The work is supported by an AI-enabled provider platform, training, clinical consultation, and scheduling support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and ongoing follow-up visits.
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for child and adolescent patients.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of care.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to children, teens, and young adults with diverse needs.
- Collaborate within a network of therapists, physicians, and coaches across virtual and in-person settings.
- Use a provider platform and advanced matching technology to support patient care and scheduling.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation opportunities.
Required
- Active licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Experience or training in child and adolescent mental health care.
- Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Contractor status as a 1099 clinician.
Preferred
- Experience providing virtual behavioral health care.
- Background working with children, teens, and young adults.
