Provide virtual psychiatric care for children, teens, and young adults, with a focus on intake evaluations, follow-up visits, and medication management. The role also includes coordinating referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as part of an integrated behavioral health model. Care is delivered through a provider platform that supports matching, scheduling, and clinical consultation, with an emphasis on culturally responsive treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up visits.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations for child and adolescent patients.
- Provide medication management and ongoing prescribing support.
- Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching services.
- Deliver care for children, teens, and young adults from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs and abilities.
- Use a provider platform and matching tools to support scheduling and care delivery.
- Participate in clinical consultation and continuous improvement efforts.
Required
- Active nurse practitioner or physician assistant training/credentialing in a relevant clinical setting.
- Experience providing psychiatric or mental health care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Ability to deliver care via live video visits.
