Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults through intake and follow-up visits, with a focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The work is part of a connected mental health network and includes referring patients to therapy and coaching when clinically appropriate. Care is delivered within a tech-enabled model designed to support scheduling, matching, and access to culturally responsive treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
- Provide regular follow-up visits and ongoing medication management.
- Use evidence-based treatment approaches for outpatient mental health care.
- Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services alongside psychiatric care.
- Support culturally responsive care for patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Participate in a connected provider network with clinical consultation and training opportunities.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry.
- Ability to provide psychiatric care for both children and adults.
Preferred
- Experience providing evidence-based outpatient mental health care.
- Experience working in virtual or hybrid care models.
- Interest in culturally responsive and whole-person mental health care.
