Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations during intake appointments and ongoing follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for pediatric and adult patients.
- Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services as clinically appropriate.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to patients with diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
- Work within a connected provider network using a supported platform and matching tools.
- Participate in collaborative, whole-person mental health care across the care team.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Psychiatry training and experience treating children and adults.
- Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
- Experience delivering evidence-based mental health care.

- Experience providing culturally responsive mental health care.
- Interest in working in a virtual and in-person contract provider network.
- Comfort using technology-supported workflows for scheduling and care coordination.
