Provide psychiatric evaluations, intake visits, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults in a contract setting. Care is delivered through a connected, evidence-based mental health network with support for referrals to therapy and coaching when needed. The role emphasizes culturally responsive, whole-person care across diverse patient backgrounds, with access to a tech-enabled provider platform and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric intake appointments and regular follow-up visits for children and adults.
- Provide medication management for a broad range of mental health needs.
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based care.
- Refer patients to therapy and coaching services as part of coordinated care.
- Use the provider platform and network supports to streamline scheduling and clinical workflow.
- Participate in a connected care model that supports culturally responsive treatment.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Ability to provide outpatient psychiatric care for pediatric and adult patients.
- Eligible for contract-based practice.
Preferred
- Experience providing evidence-based mental health care.
- Experience caring for both children and adults.
- Experience with culturally responsive or whole-person psychiatric care.
- Familiarity with virtual or technology-enabled care platforms.
