This contract role focuses on neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis, and tailored support for neurodivergent patients, including ADHD, autism, and learning differences. Work is centered on whole-person, whole-family mental health care and includes collaboration with psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists. The role is data-driven and process-oriented, with an emphasis on independent work and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments for patients with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
- Provide diagnostic evaluation and clinical formulation to support care planning.
- Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists involved in the patient’s care.
- Support whole-person and whole-family mental health care approaches.
- Use a detailed, process-oriented workflow and maintain organized clinical documentation.
- Participate in a technology-enabled care model backed by an integrated mental health platform.
Required
- Doctoral training in psychology or neuropsychology.
- Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099).

- Experience working with neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary mental health team.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort using data in clinical work.
