Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families with a range of mental health needs, from milder concerns to more complex or severe presentations. Care is delivered through an independent contractor model, with in-person work strongly preferred and support for both clinical and administrative workflow. Clinicians work within a tech-enabled network that supports client matching, training, consultation, scheduling, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families.
- Conduct care for clients with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including more complex and severe needs.
- Participate in a provider network that includes in-person and virtual clinicians.
- Use platform support for client matching, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate documentation and invoicing through the practice platform for quick payment.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as available.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Have experience providing therapy across a range of mental health needs.

- Have experience delivering in-person care through a private or group practice.
- Have experience working with culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy models.
- Have experience treating clients with more complex or severe mental health needs.
