Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a caseload that may include both milder concerns and more complex or severe mental health needs. The work is primarily in person through a private or group practice, with access to Lyra’s provider platform, clinical consultation, and training support. Clinicians also receive help with client matching, scheduling, administrative tasks, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct care for a broad range of mental health presentations, from mild to complex and severe.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to support client care and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clinical consultation and training resources as needed.
- Manage documentation and invoicing through streamlined administrative workflows.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Provide therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Have experience supporting a range of mental health needs.
Preferred
- Have experience delivering culturally responsive therapy.
