This role involves providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families with a range of mental health needs, from milder concerns to more complex and severe presentations. Care may be delivered in person or virtually, with in-person work through a private or group practice strongly preferred. Clinicians receive support with client matching, scheduling, administrative tasks, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Conduct evidence-based, culturally responsive care across a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
- Support clients with both mild and more complex or severe behavioral health needs.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to connect with well-matched clients.
- Coordinate scheduling, administrative workflows, and invoicing through the network support system.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as available.
Required
- Hold an independent clinical therapy license.
- Provide services as a 1099 contractor.
- Have experience treating a range of mental health needs.
Preferred
- Have experience providing in-person care through a private or group practice.
- Work with culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy approaches.
- Serve clients in one or more of the listed Washington locations.
