Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for young children, with in-person sessions as a core part of the role. The caseload may also include children, adults, couples, and families, with presentations ranging from mild concerns to more complex mental health needs. Clinicians work through a provider network that supports client matching, scheduling, training, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person psychotherapy for young children and other clients across the lifespan as needed.
- Conduct evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy for a range of mental health concerns.
- Support clients with both milder and more complex or severe behavioral health needs.
- Collaborate within a provider network that offers clinical consultation and training.
- Use platform support for client matching, scheduling, and invoicing workflows.
- Maintain independent practice operations while seeing clients through a private or group practice.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Have experience providing therapy for young children.
- Be able to provide in-person sessions.
- Be able to work with clients in South Burlington, VT.
Preferred
- Have experience treating a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
- Have experience working with children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Have experience providing culturally responsive care.
- Have the ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice.
