Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a caseload that may include both mild concerns and more complex or severe mental health needs. The work is designed for independently licensed therapists and emphasizes culturally responsive care with access to well-matched clients through a tech-enabled matching platform. Clinicians may work within a private or group practice, with in-person care strongly preferred, and receive support for scheduling, invoicing, and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, family, and child/adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct care for clients across a broad range of mental health concerns, from mild to more complex presentations.
- Deliver culturally responsive treatment tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with a provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching tools to support client assignment and practice workflows.
- Coordinate scheduling and invoicing through the supported contractor model.
Required
- Be independently licensed as a clinical therapist.
- Have experience providing mental health therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice preferred setting.
- Hold the ability to contract as a 1099 clinician.
Preferred
- Have experience treating a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including more complex and severe cases.
- Have prior experience providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy.
- Be able to see clients in person.
