Provide evidence-based outpatient mental health therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a caseload that may include needs ranging from mild to more complex and severe presentations. Care is delivered through an independently licensed private or group practice setting, with in-person work strongly preferred and virtual care also part of the broader network. The role is supported by a tech-enabled matching platform, clinical consultation, and administrative help.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse outpatient caseload.
- Conduct therapy for children, adults, couples, and families across a broad range of mental health concerns.
- Support clients with both milder symptoms and more complex or severe clinical needs.
- Collaborate with a provider platform that helps with client matching, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
- Use clinical consultation and training resources as needed to support ongoing care.
- Participate in a network of in-person and virtual providers serving members across the U.S.
Required
- Hold an independent clinical license as a therapist.
- Provide care through an existing private practice or group practice.
- Be able to serve clients in person.
