Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families across a broad range of mental health needs, from mild concerns to more complex presentations. Care may be delivered in person and through a private or group practice setting, with a focus on working with well-matched, motivated clients. The role includes support from a technology-enabled provider platform with training, clinical consultation, scheduling support, and streamlined invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct assessments and ongoing treatment for a wide spectrum of mental health concerns.
- Support clients with both milder symptoms and more complex or severe clinical needs.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to client needs and backgrounds.
- Coordinate care within a provider network that includes virtual and in-person clinicians.
- Use the provider platform for scheduling support, administrative workflow, and invoicing.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as available through the network.
Required
- Be independently licensed as a clinical therapist.
- Have experience treating clients across a range of mental health needs.
- Be able to work with clients in the listed Minnesota locations.
Preferred
- Have experience providing in-person therapy through a private or group practice.
- Have experience with culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Have experience managing diverse caseloads that include more complex clinical presentations.
