Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on culturally responsive mental health care across a broad range of clinical needs from mild to more complex presentations. The work is primarily in-person through a private or group practice, with opportunities to support well-matched clients in a flexible contractor model. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct care for clients with a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including more complex and severe concerns.
- Deliver culturally responsive treatment in an outpatient therapy setting.
- Collaborate with a provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use a supported platform for client matching, scheduling, and invoicing workflows.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities as available.
Required
- Hold an independent clinical therapist license.
- Have experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Be able to work with clients in person through a private or group practice.
