Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a caseload that can include a wide range of mental health concerns from mild to more complex and severe presentations. Work with well-matched clients and support a mix of in-person care through a private or group practice, with virtual care available within the broader provider network. The role is contracted and includes support for scheduling, administration, and invoicing through the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct care for clients across the lifespan, including children and adults.
- Address a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from mild symptoms to more complex presentations.
- Use culturally responsive practices in client care.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice setting.
- Coordinate with the platform’s support tools for scheduling and invoicing.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Be able to work with clients in the specified Kansas locations.
Preferred
- Have experience managing caseloads that include both mild and more complex mental health concerns.
- Have the ability to see clients in person through a private or group practice.
