An independently licensed therapist provides culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients across a broad range of mental health needs from mild concerns to more complex presentations. The work is primarily private-practice based and may include in-person sessions, with virtual care available within Lyra’s provider network. Clinicians receive support for client matching, scheduling, administrative tasks, and invoicing through a tech-enabled platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families.
- Conduct care for clients with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including more complex needs.
- Deliver culturally responsive treatment tailored to client needs.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice when available.
- Use the provider platform for client matching, scheduling, and invoicing workflows.
- Coordinate care within a network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Provide therapy experience with children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Practice in one of the supported Iowa locations listed in the posting.
Preferred
- Have experience managing caseloads that include both mild and more complex or severe mental health needs.
- Have prior experience providing in-person care through a private or group practice.
