This role centers on providing culturally responsive, evidence-based outpatient therapy for children, adults, couples, and families with a broad range of mental health needs, from mild concerns to more complex presentations. Care is delivered in person, with virtual care available through the network, and clinicians are contracted as independent providers. The practice model emphasizes strong client matching, administrative support, and access to training and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct outpatient behavioral health visits for clients with a wide spectrum of mental health concerns.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate within a provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the platform’s matching technology and provider tools to support scheduling and client fit.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities as available.
- Manage documentation and invoicing through the contracted practice workflow.
Required
- Independent licensure as a clinical therapist.
- Experience providing therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Experience caring for clients with a broad range of mental health needs.
- Ability to work with clients in person.
Preferred
- Experience working in a private practice or group practice setting.
- Experience with culturally responsive therapy.
- Ability to serve clients in Honolulu and Hilo.
