Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on a broad range of mental health needs from milder concerns to more complex presentations. Deliver culturally responsive care and work with well-matched clients through in-person sessions in a private or group practice setting. The role includes administrative and marketing support, scheduling help, and access to a provider platform with matching technology and clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Deliver culturally responsive mental health care across a broad severity range.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice.
- Coordinate care through an integrated provider platform and matching workflow.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities as needed.
- Use administrative support for invoicing, scheduling, and client engagement.
- Collaborate within a network of therapists, physicians, and coaches.
Required
- Independently licensed clinical therapist.
- Experience treating children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Experience managing caseloads that may include mild to severe mental health needs.
- Ability to provide in-person care in the listed Florida locations.
Preferred
- Experience working with clients in person through a private or group practice.
- Experience providing culturally responsive therapy.
