This role focuses on providing evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a caseload spanning mild through more complex and severe mental health needs. Clinicians mainly deliver culturally responsive outpatient care and may work across a broad range of presentations depending on client match. The practice is supported by an AI-enabled provider platform, with help for scheduling, marketing, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adults, and other client populations as appropriate.
- Conduct evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns, from mild to complex presentations.
- Deliver culturally responsive care aligned with client needs and treatment goals.
- Work with clients in person when available through a private or group practice setting.
- Use the provider platform for scheduling, client matching, and invoicing workflows.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities as offered through the network.
Required
- Independently licensed clinical therapist.
- Experience providing evidence-based mental health therapy.
- Ability to work with a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
- Ability to provide care for clients in the listed Colorado locations.
Preferred
- Experience treating clients across child, adult, couples, and family populations.
- Experience working with in-person clients through a private or group practice.
- Experience managing more complex or severe mental health caseloads.
