Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based outpatient therapy for children and adolescents, with the option to also work with adults, couples, and families. The role centers on in-person care and includes support for a broad range of mental health concerns, from milder symptoms to more complex or severe needs. Clinicians work within a tech-enabled network that offers provider matching, clinical consultation, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person psychotherapy for children and/or adolescents.
- Conduct evidence-based therapy for clients across the lifespan, including adults, couples, and families when appropriate.
- Support clients with a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including more complex presentations.
- Collaborate within a provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the platform’s matching and scheduling support to manage client flow and appointments.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as part of the care model.
- Coordinate care through the platform’s administrative and invoicing workflows.
Required
- Hold an independently active license as a clinical therapist.
- Provide care to children and/or adolescents.
- Be able to provide in-person care.
- Have the ability to work with clients in the Charlotte, NC area.
Preferred
- Have experience providing culturally responsive therapy.
- Have experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including more complex cases.
- Work with clients in person through a private or group practice.
