Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families with a range of mental health needs, from mild concerns to more complex and severe presentations. Care is delivered through an independent contractor model, with opportunities to work in person and support for connecting with additional members through Lyra’s network. The role includes access to a provider platform, training, and clinical consultation to support day-to-day practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct care for clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including more complex presentations.
- Deliver culturally responsive treatment aligned with client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate ongoing care for existing clients and refer or accept additional Lyra members as appropriate.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support client management and scheduling workflows.
- Participate in training and clinical consultation as needed.
Required
- Independent clinical licensure as a therapist.
- Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Ability to treat children, adults, couples, and/or families.
Preferred
- In-person availability through a private or group practice.
- Experience managing caseloads that include both mild and more severe mental health concerns.
- Experience working with commercially insured or employer-sponsored clients.
