Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a focus on independently licensed clinical care across a broad range of mental health needs from mild to more complex presentations. Deliver culturally responsive treatment and support clients in person when available, using a provider network that also includes virtual care. Clinicians receive matching, administrative, and marketing support to help with scheduling, invoicing, and client access.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct culturally responsive mental health assessments and ongoing outpatient treatment.
- Manage caseloads that include a wide spectrum of clinical acuity and complexity.
- Collaborate with a provider network that includes therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the practice platform and support tools for client matching, scheduling, and invoicing.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities when available.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Have experience providing evidence-based mental health therapy.
- Be able to work with clients in person through a private or group practice, if applicable.
Preferred
- Have experience treating a comprehensive range of mental health needs, including more complex or severe presentations.
- Have experience working with children, adults, couples, and families.
- Have in-person availability for clients.
