Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with caseloads ranging from mild to more complex mental health needs. The work can include both in-person and virtual care, with a strong preference for clinicians who can see clients in person through a private or group practice. Clinicians also receive support with client matching, scheduling, administrative tasks, and invoicing through a tech-enabled platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy across a broad range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct evidence-based treatment for clients with mild, moderate, and more complex clinical presentations.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Use a provider platform that supports client matching, scheduling, and invoicing workflows.
- Coordinate care within a network of therapists, physicians, and coaches when needed.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training opportunities as available.
Required
- Hold an independently licensed clinical therapist credential.
- Have experience providing psychotherapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Be able to practice with clients in American Samoa.
Preferred
- Have experience managing a caseload that includes a wide spectrum of mental health needs.
- Be able to see clients in person through a private or group practice.
