Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of mental health needs, from mild concerns to more complex and severe presentations. Care may be delivered in person through a private or group practice, with a network that also includes virtual providers. Clinicians work with culturally responsive care, supported by matching technology, clinical consultation, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families.
- Conduct culturally responsive, evidence-based treatment for a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
- Manage caseloads that may include both milder and more complex or severe presentations.
- Coordinate care within a network of therapists, physicians, and coaches.
- Use the provider platform and matching technology to support client scheduling and engagement.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training as available.
- Handle invoicing through the supported contractor workflow.
Required
- Independently licensed clinical therapist.
- Experience providing evidence-based mental health therapy.
- Ability to serve clients in Sitka, Wrangell, and Fairbanks.
