Provide comprehensive telehealth DBT for adolescents and adults, including individual therapy, DBT skills groups, and family or parenting sessions. The role centers on skills-based, evidence-based treatment for clients with varied backgrounds and needs, with between-session digital lessons, videos, and assessments used to support progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual DBT for adolescents and adults.
- Conduct DBT skills groups, including co-leading groups with other DBT providers.
- Provide parenting and family sessions for adolescents and their parents.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to reinforce learning and track outcomes between sessions.
- Participate in weekly consultation team meetings and one-on-one consultation with a DBT team lead.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians trained in DBT skills coaching for crisis support.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that reflects each client’s background and needs.
- Use ongoing training and team consultation to strengthen DBT practice.
Required
- Licensed psychologist.
- PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible.
- Experience providing comprehensive DBT to adolescents and adults.
- Ability to provide care remotely in the United States.
