Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling for employees and their dependents through an EAP-style model, focusing on stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression. Care is delivered on a flexible, contractual basis with full autonomy over caseload, hours, and volume. Use evidence-based therapy approaches and Lyra’s digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and privacy-compliant case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide short-term counseling, typically over 1 to 8 sessions per case.
- Assess and treat employees and dependents presenting with stress, burnout, grief, relationship issues, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression.
- Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, and ACT in an EAP context.
- Manage your own clinical caseload on a contractual basis.
- Use a secure digital platform for scheduling, case notes, and data privacy compliance.
- Coordinate care within a global corporate referral workflow as cases are assigned.
Required
- Licensed mental health clinician eligible to provide counseling services.
- Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy or counseling.
- Ability to work on a contractual, affiliate basis.

- Experience working in an employee assistance or corporate counseling setting.
- Familiarity with CBT, SFBT, or ACT.
