Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling for corporate employees and their dependents, focusing on stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression. Care is delivered through a flexible, contractual affiliate model with full autonomy over caseload and schedule, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, SFBT, and ACT. The role also emphasizes culturally sensitive care and use of a secure digital platform for scheduling, notes, and privacy-compliant case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide short-term counseling for employees and dependents referred through an employee assistance context.
- Conduct sessions for stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression.
- Use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Adapt counseling to cultural norms, family structures, and workplace dynamics.
- Manage scheduling, case documentation, and privacy-compliant workflows in a secure digital platform.
- Maintain an independent clinical caseload on a flexible, contractual basis.
Required
- Relevant mental health licensure or credential to provide counseling independently.
- Experience delivering psychotherapy or counseling in a clinical setting.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive care in the local context described.
- Comfort using digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
