Care is delivered on a flexible contractual basis, with full autonomy over schedule and caseload. The role uses a secure digital platform and evidence-based approaches within an EAP-style model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide short-term counseling for corporate employees and dependents across a range of common mental health concerns.
- Conduct brief cases, typically spanning 1 to 8 sessions, with goal-oriented treatment planning.
- Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, and ACT in an employee assistance program context.
- Manage scheduling, case notes, and documentation within a secure digital platform.
- Maintain compliance with global data privacy requirements while delivering care.
- Coordinate care using Lyra’s clinical tools, administrative support, and training resources.
Required
- Licensed mental health clinician eligible to provide counseling services in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy or counseling services.
- Ability to manage an independent caseload on a contractual basis.
