Provide short-term, goal-oriented counseling for employees and their dependents through an EAP-style model, focusing on stress, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, and mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression. Care is delivered on a flexible, contractual basis, with autonomy over caseload and scheduling. The role uses evidence-based therapies and a secure digital platform for documentation, scheduling, and privacy-compliant case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide short-term counseling, typically over 1 to 8 sessions per case, to corporate employees and their family members.
- Address stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression.
- Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, SFBT, and ACT in an EAP context.
- Manage your own clinical caseload on a contractual basis with flexibility over hours and case volume.
- Use a secure digital platform for scheduling, case notes, and data privacy compliance.
- Coordinate care within Lyra’s clinical and administrative support structure as needed.
Required
- Licensed mental health clinician.
- Experience providing counseling or psychotherapy.
- Ability to deliver short-term, goal-oriented care in an EAP or similar setting.
Preferred
- Experience using CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Experience working with corporate employee populations or dependents.
- Familiarity with digital clinical platforms and privacy-compliant documentation workflows.
