The role supports Lyra’s integrated model of mental health services and may involve using digital tools and structured workflows to match clients with appropriate care pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct brief counseling sessions for employees and other covered members seeking EAP support
- Provide assessment, triage, and referral to appropriate levels of behavioral health care when needed
- Support clients with common mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, and work-related issues
- Coordinate care pathways within an integrated mental health platform
- Use technology-enabled tools and workflows to document care and facilitate access to services
- Participate in a collaborative model focused on timely access and effective outcomes
Required
- Relevant counseling or mental health credential/licensure
- Experience providing behavioral health or counseling services
- Ability to work within an EAP or short-term support model
Preferred
- Experience in employee assistance or workplace mental health services
- Familiarity with digital or telehealth-based care delivery
- Experience working in an integrated behavioral health setting
