The clinician provides mental health counseling and EAP support for adults and other employees seeking short-term behavioral health care through an employer-focused program. Work is delivered through Lyra’s integrated care model, which combines clinical services with technology-enabled workflows and outcomes tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and EAP-based mental health support to covered members.
- Conduct short-term assessments and support for common behavioral health concerns.
- Coordinate care within a broader, technology-enabled behavioral health platform.
- Document clinical encounters and support continuity of care as needed.
- Participate in a care model focused on access, effectiveness, and measured outcomes.
Required
- Relevant counseling or mental health credential/licensure for independent practice.
- Experience providing behavioral health counseling or EAP services.
Preferred
- Experience working in employer-sponsored mental health or employee assistance programs.
- Familiarity with telehealth or digital care delivery platforms.
