Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to patient messages through the telehealth platform.
- Address routine clinical questions within nursing scope of practice.
- Escalate complex medical concerns to the appropriate provider.
- Monitor pending patient messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with medical providers to resolve patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications.
- Follow clinical protocols and patient privacy standards, including HIPAA.
Required
- Active US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
- Previous experience in patient care, telehealth, or clinical support.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize patient inquiries and manage multiple requests.
- Familiarity with EHR systems or telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
