Provide outpatient telehealth psychiatry for adults with common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The role includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and brief psychotherapy as needed. You work within an evidence-based, tech-enabled practice model with strong administrative and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessment, and risk review.
- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapy as part of individualized treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including controlled-substance safeguards.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use telehealth workflows, EHR systems, e-prescribing tools, and AI-enabled technology to support care delivery.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
- Participate in a clinical culture focused on quality, patient experience, and continuous improvement.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

- Experience providing telepsychiatry or outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience working with evidence-based treatment protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
