Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults through telehealth, with a focus on evaluating and treating common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Care includes comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and brief psychotherapy as appropriate. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, clinical autonomy, and working within a technology-supported practice model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessment, and risk review.
- Provide treatment for a range of outpatient psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices, including safeguards for controlled substances.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use telehealth platforms, EHR systems, e-prescribing tools, and other clinical technology to deliver care.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance-related workflows, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience with psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

- Prior experience in telepsychiatry or remote outpatient care.
