Provide outpatient psychiatric care via telehealth for adults with common mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapy, with additional collaboration around case review, evidence-based protocols, and responsible prescribing. Clinicians work remotely with substantial operational support, clinical autonomy, and access to technology-enabled workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk assessment.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Use responsible prescribing practices and evidence-based clinical protocols, including safeguards for controlled substances.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use telehealth systems, EHR tools, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver care efficiently.
- Coordinate care within an operational model that includes scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in telepsychiatry or remote outpatient psychiatry.
- Background in evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric care.
- Experience managing common outpatient conditions such as mood, anxiety, sleep, trauma, and ADHD disorders.
