Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults through telehealth, with a focus on evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions. The role includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief psychotherapy when appropriate. Clinicians work with strong clinical autonomy in a tech-enabled model supported by peers, administrative staff, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care via telehealth for common outpatient mental health conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including diagnostic evaluation and risk assessment.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy.
- Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
- Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
- Use EHR, e-prescribing, and other technology tools to support remote care.
- Coordinate with operational support teams for scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and prior authorizations.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience providing telepsychiatry or remote outpatient care.
